Cancellation Policy
How Your Session Timeline Works Upon Booking: Your session is confirmed and scheduled. Payment is processed at time of booking. 24-48 Hours Before Your Integration Call: I perform your Soul Story Alchemy session in the energetic field. This deep healing work happens remotely while you go about your daily life. Day Before Your Integration Call: You'll receive your personalized audio recording with all insights, imagery, and healing that came through during your session. Integration Call Day: We connect live via Zoom or phone for 30 minutes to discuss your experience and integrate the insights. Cancellation & Refund Policy Cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours before your scheduled integration call. Since your actual healing session occurs 24-48 hours prior to the integration call, cancellations within this window cannot be accommodated as the energetic work will have already been completed. Before 48-hour window: Full refund available through the Wix booking system Within 24 hours of integration call: No refunds available (healing work already completed) and you will be charged full price for the session. Rescheduling Policy Rescheduling is welcome at any time through the Wix booking system, including within the 48-hour window. If you need to reschedule within 48 hours of your integration call, you'll still receive your audio recording as scheduled, and we'll connect for integration at your new appointment time.
