I pull a tarot-inspired affirmation to see what the plants want to offer and this blend says:

"I take the opportunity to expand"

Four ways to meet this blend

Your 0.5oz blend can be used four ways. Let your intuition guide which one calls to you today.

As a Tea ✦

for clarity and presence

Steep 1T in hot water (not quite boiling — around 195°F) for 5–7 minutes. Strain, hold the cup in both hands, and set an intention before your first sip. Pair with journaling or a meditation practice.

Best for: Quiet moments. Clarity. Sitting with a question.

As a Smoke Blend ✦

for ritual and release

Use as you would any herbal smoking blend, alone or rolled with herbs you already love. Breathe slowly. This is about arriving with intention.

Best for: Releasing what's heavy. Marking a transition. Ceremony.

As an Herbal Bath ✦

for deep rest and integration

Add 2–4 tablespoons of the blend to a muslin bag or tea infuser and hang it from your faucet as the tub fills, or steep directly and strain before entering. Light a candle. Let the water do the work.

Best for: After a hard week. Full moon rituals. Resetting your energy.

As a Wine Infusion ✦

for ceremony and celebration

Add 1–2 tablespoons of the blend to a bottle of wine. You will have to drink a little (or pour some out!) to make space for the herbs.  allow to infuse for 24–48 hours before straining. Sip slowly and intentionally and notice the subtle depth of flavor.

Best for: Ritual toasts. Sacred celebrations. Sharing with someone you trust.

Meet Your Blend

Meet Rhiannon

Hi, I'm Rhiannon — psychic witch, storyteller, and co-host of The Hidden History of Magick. I'm here to help you remember who you are.

Through energy readings, I channel what's beneath the surface: the stories you're carrying, the places you're stuck, the things you already know but haven't let yourself say out loud yet. I don't predict your future (because there's never just one!); I help you clear the way to it.

With a lifelong passion for storytelling and a deep understanding of energy healing, I've spent years weaving narrative and intuitive work into something that feels both grounded and expansive.

Let's create something magical. ✨
